Ask Becky has an Add a manual button beside the message box. Give her the file there and she reads it straight away: out come the photographs and diagrams, with a description of each one, so she can send you the right picture when you ask where something is.

Works on .docx, .pdf, .md and .txt. Old .doc files need saving as .docx first.
She writes the descriptions by looking at each picture, so she sometimes gets one wrong. Nothing she writes is shown to anyone until a person approves it in the family area.
